RETURN, SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

We at Copper Utensils are committed to providing best quality products to our customers. Our quality check before packaging ensures that the product that you receive is of the best quality. Our refund policy is simple and easy to understand.

• The Product will be Delivered within 7 to 10 days Standard  time.
• Refund will be  not Accepted after order done or Production start or  24 hours.
• No Return After goods delivered.
• Goods Damaged or dent  or missing onwer/buyer own risk.
• In case of any refunds approved by DR KING COPPER, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
• Refund will be process after 7 to 10 days Business Days.
• The order cannot be cancelled once it leaves the warehouse.
• Copper utensil guarantees the return of the amount paid and the liability is limited to that amount.
• Copper is a very soft material and can easily be dented or scratched during the process of transportation. Therefore, any refund or return will not be initiated if you receive a product which is slightly dented or scratched.

Please Note- Any custom duty or charges will be payable by the customer only, if applicable in their country/area.
